It is unbelievably hot these days, even my soul is sweating. It’s not fun at all. Believe it or not, merely existing in a “developing country” has become very expensive. Electric bill has doubled because the AC in my room is constantly on. Water bill has doubled because of the long and numerous showers I take (up to 2-3 times a day). Gas expenses have doubled because I keep driving around to find the perfect, cool place where I am not charged with an expensive parking fee by the hour. And when I find that place, I spend on food and coffee because, basically, I still have to exist. And we all have to spend to keep on existing. (Spending and existing are coterminous with each other.) Yup. Just had to let that out! Pagbigyan.
PS: Pass the RH bill.
PPS: Stop littering.
PPPS: Stop peeing on the sidewalks.
PPPPS: Create more walkable sidewalks.
PPPPPS: Take down those posters where there are politicians’ faces on them. Those things are sickening.
